In addition 4Wheels acts as a facilitator in relation to the provision of the financial products referred to on this website.

By using this website, you expressly agree to be bound by, and to comply with, these and any additional or amended terms and conditions that 4Wheels may prescribe from time to time. 4Wheels reserves the right to make changes to this website and these terms and conditions at any time. Applicable law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the Republic of South Africa without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the High Court of the Republic of South Africa in respect of any disputes arising in connection with this website.

to forward on to the relevant motor vehicle dealers;
to forward on to the relevant third party product providers as part of the relevant application process/es;

Anti-Money Laundering
